I got my hands on a Russian steel track frame of the company CHARKOV last week so I'm getting myself all excited about this new build.

Kharkov is a Ukrainian city (Kharkiv in Ukrainian). There was very famous bicycle factory in Kharkov in the Soviet time , now I am afraid it does not exist.
